WEST HAVEN, Conn. — Two people were killed and a third was injured after a shooting outside a bar in West Haven early Saturday morning, prompting a major police investigation and renewed concerns about gun violence in the coastal Connecticut city. According to the West Haven Police Department, officers were dispatched to Campbell Avenue at approximately 1:27 a.m. after receiving reports of a person being shot outside a local bar. Upon arrival, officers discovered three victims suffering from gunshot wounds. One victim was found conscious and was receiving emergency medical attention for injuries to the arm and leg, while two other victims were located across the street in critical condition.
